The First Visit

When you come in you will be welcomed by the receptionist and you will be given a medical history form to complete. Your information will be scanned into your digital document. The dentist will come out and introduce himself. You will be given some mouthwash and then the dentist will begin your exam.

Please note that you will have a checkup and clean with the dentist at this initial appointment. At the second clean onward you would have a clean with the hygienist and an exam with the dentist.

The following will take place:

Patient education is also a big part of what we do. Your dentist will explain what he’s found in the photos and provide oral hygiene guidance. If the dentist sees any areas that we need to keep an eye on or ones that need to be addressed proactively, he’ll let you know.

Treatment Recommendations

You’ll be given recommendations for any necessary treatment. We usually take a “worst first” approach so we will likely suggest you book an appointment for whatever treatment the dentist recommends. You always will be given the cost of your treatments (including a checkup and clean) beforehand so there are never any surprises.

If you don’t need any work done, you can get on a 6-monthly checkup and clean schedule. We’ll invite you to book in for your next one. All of our patients receive reminders one month before and one day before their appointments. If you need to change your appointment, please let us know in advance.

What Our Customer Say

Frequently Asked Questions

We can respond to emails and phone calls even after regular business hours, on weekends, and on holidays. Our clinic phone is diverted to a mobile number we monitor on weekends. For after-hours emergencies on weekdays (after 6 pm), you can reach us via email, and we will respond promptly. Our goal is to be accessible when you need us most.

We offer several options for replacing missing teeth, including removable partial dentures, dental implants, and fixed bridges.

Our comprehensive exam, cleaning, X-rays, and customised treatment plan for new patients is $299 before any health insurance coverage.

Our professional teeth whitening is exceptionally safe and effective at removing stains and brightening your smile. The results vary per individual based on the type and severity of the stains. We offer take-home whitening kits with differing strengths, and your dentist will recommend the best approach based on your needs to prevent any sensitivity issues.

Yes, we have flexible payment plan options available. For long-standing patients, we can set up an in-house interest-free instalment plan on a case-by-case basis. We also work with third-party financing companies like ZipPay, Afterpay, and SuperCare to make treatment costs more manageable with affordable monthly payments. We will also add Humm® in the near future.

We are a Medicare provider and bulk bill for children 18 and under who are eligible for the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) through the Family Tax Benefit. Some services, like orthodontics, may have out-of-pocket costs, which we discuss upfront. We verify each child’s CDBS eligibility at the time of booking.
